Avalon, a national provider of eDiscovery, managed services, and traditional litigation support services to law firms and corporations, has announced today that it will team up with C:DOX, a Cleveland-based litigation support and eDiscovery provider.

Through the deal, Avalon will add to its market presence in Cleveland and will retain all C:DOX team members, adding 15 people to the company. All team members will retain their current positions, and C:DOX partners, Marty Bohn and Bob DeStefanis, will remain with the company as Co-managing Partners.

During the transition, the current C:DOX office will continue to be known as C:DOX, now under the Avalon parent name.
