Spire Capital Announces Exit of Portfolio Company, Lighthouse Global

Spire Capital today announced that it has closed on the sale of Lighthouse Global, a leading technology-enabled eDiscovery and advisory services business. Financial terms were not disclosed. Macquarie Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Spire Capital and Lighthouse. Dentons served as legal counsel to Spire Capital and Lighthouse.

The Top Issue Impacting eDiscovery Business Performance: Budgetary Constraints (Fall 2017)

In the Fall of 2017, 31% of respondents viewed budgetary constraints as potentially having the greatest business impact on their business in the next six months. This percentage is the highest of all concerns represented in the survey.
