The eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey is a non-scientific quarterly survey designed to provide insight into the business confidence level of individuals working in the eDiscovery ecosystem. The term ‘business’ represents the economic factors that impact the creation, delivery, and consumption of eDiscovery products and services.

Spring 2016 Survey
The Spring 2016 Survey is designed to gain a general understanding of responder business confidence and may be useful for eDiscovery-related business planning. Individual answers are kept confidential, with the aggregate results to be published on ComplexDiscovery upon completion of the response period.
Spring 2016 Survey Response Period
The Spring 2016 Survey response period is between May 1 and May 30, 2016.
Results will be published upon completion of the survey period and all responders will receive an email notice of the results.
