A Legal Education Presentation prepared and presented by HaystackID®

As privacy continues to move to the forefront of not only information consideration but of business concern for today’s cyber, data, and legal discovery professionals, it is increasingly important for those responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of privacy programs to have a firm understanding of the current and future landscape of privacy legislation and regulation.

This hour-long webcast will include a discussion among lawyers and privacy practitioners about the changing privacy landscape in the U.S. The distinguished panel will discuss:

  • Where we’ve been and how we arrived at the current state of privacy law in the U.S.
  • A state-by-state survey and comparison of privacy laws
  • Practical steps to prepare for state law changes coming in 2023
