In February, Gartner analysts, Jie Zhang and Garth Landers, published two industry reports: The State of E-Discovery in 2015 and Beyond and Managing E-Discovery in the Digital Workplace . While the State of the Industry report focuses more on impact of data growth and the advances in Office 365, the second report addresses the growing state of social media and mobile data. Interestingly, both emphasize the same message: it’s important to establish a framework by which both Legal and IT can work.
