Mack is the author of A Process of Illumination: The Practical Guide to Electronic Discovery, considered by many to be the first popular book on eDiscovery.
She is the co-editor of the Thomson Reuters West Treatise: eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel. Mack was also recently honored to be included in the book; 100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cyber Crime published by Cyber Ventures in May 2019. David Yerich is the director of eDiscovery at UnitedHealth Group, where he supervises litigation and regulatory eDiscovery processes, protocols, and tools. Before joining the giant healthcare insurer, he was a senior IT analyst at the largest private agricultural company based in Minnesota, where he managed electronic data and records for the last five years of his tenure. He helped create and roll-out a worldwide document management tool for their legal department. Previously, Yerich, a licensed attorney in Minnesota, worked AmLaw 100 firm, Faegre & Benson, as the in-house electronic discovery expert.
