A Legal Education Presentation prepared and presented by HaystackID®

Today’s Privacy Reality: AI, Assessments, Breach and DSARs is a webcast that will bring together a panel of experts to discuss the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on privacy and cybersecurity. The panel will address the ways in which AI is being used to assess privacy risks, prevent data loss, and respond to data subject access requests (DSARs).

The panel will begin by discussing the role of AI in assessing privacy risks. This is an increasingly important task in today’s world, where the amount of data being collected and stored by organizations continues to grow. AI algorithms can help organizations identify potential privacy risks and take steps to mitigate them. For example, an AI system might be able to analyze data sets to identify patterns that could indicate a potential privacy risk, such as a customer’s personal information being shared without their consent.

Next, the panel will discuss the use of AI in preventing data loss. Data breaches are a growing concern for organizations of all sizes, and AI can play a role in helping to prevent them. For example, AI algorithms can be used to monitor network activity for signs of a potential breach, such as an unusual spike in data traffic or the use of unauthorized protocols. If a breach is detected, the AI system can alert security personnel and take steps to prevent the loss of data.

Finally, the panel will discuss the role of AI in responding to DSARs. DSARs are requests from individuals for access to the personal data that organizations hold about them. This can be a time-consuming process for organizations, particularly if they receive a large number of DSARs. AI can help streamline the process by automating the search for relevant data and providing the necessary information to individuals in a timely manner.

This one-hour educational webcast will provide valuable insight into the ways in which AI is being used to address key issues in the realm of privacy and cybersecurity. The panel will discuss the benefits and challenges of using AI in this context, and offer practical advice for organizations looking to incorporate AI into their privacy and cybersecurity strategies.
