ASIC Investigation Update

Global software company Nuix Limited (‘Nuix’ or ‘the Company’; ASX: NXL) has been notified by ASIC that it has completed the aspects of its investigation relating to Nuix’s financial statements for the periods ending 30 June 2018, 30 June 2019 and 30 June 2020 and in relation to Nuix’s IPO prospectus dated 18 November 2020 and has determined that it will not take any further action in relation to those matters.

The aspect of ASIC’s investigation relating to Nuix’s market disclosure in the period since listing is not yet complete.

Nuix continues to cooperate fully with these investigations.
