Consilio Closes Merger with Xact Data Discovery
Combination of data management capabilities with deep technology and industry expertise will deliver a more complete client experience
Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review, risk management, and legal consulting services, and Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of eDiscovery, data management, and managed review services, today [May 17, 2021] announced the closing of their previously announced merger transaction. The united company will operate as a global technology-enabled service provider and eDiscovery leader.
