iNSERViO3, a privately-held, national leader in legal support services, today [August 20, 2018] announced that it has acquired Copy Source One, LTD (CS1) a document management company located in Houston, TX. This combination joins two companies with deep legal services experience and a concentrated focus on client support and best-in-class quality. The company will be led by Texas native and long-time industry veteran, David Vandygriff, CEO of iNSERViO3.

“This transaction gives us an opportunity to greatly expand our technical services offerings as well as offer our clients a true national support platform,” said Lou Garcia, President of CS1.

“We’ve looked forward to strategically expanding into the Houston market for quite some time,” said Vandygriff. “Houston is the fourth largest city in the country and is third to only New York and California in total number of global Fortune 500 headquarters.
