Consilio and Advanced Discovery Become One Services Provider

Combined business is one of the largest global providers of eDiscovery, document review, risk management and legal consulting services

Consilio and Advanced Discovery, each global leaders in eDiscovery, document review, risk management, and legal consulting services, have announced [April 17, 2018] that the transaction to merge the companies is now complete. The combined company is now the world’s second largest services provider for information governance, risk management, eDiscovery and document and contract review.

The combined company will operate more than 60 offices, data centers and document review centers in 11 countries. With more than 2,500 employees managing over 7,000 active client engagements, the company will leverage the scale of resources and breadth of operations to serve matters of any size and complexity for its multinational corporate and law firm clients. The company also features five patented and patent-pending technologies and a large in-house engineering team for ongoing client-focused innovation.
