Participation Request

The quarterly eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey has been administered twenty-nine times since early 2016, with more than 2,939 individual responses from eDiscovery industry professionals. The survey provides valuable insight into the current business confidence of cybersecurity, information governance, and legal discovery professionals in the eDiscovery ecosystem. Today ComplexDiscovery kindly asks you to share your observations and opinions on the eDiscovery business climate by participating in the Spring 2023 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey.

The survey consists of 12 questions that are all multiple-choice. The entire survey can be completed in less than five minutes and is open to cybersecurity, information governance, and legal discovery professionals operating in the eDiscovery ecosystem.
