Offerings:
- Remote mobile collection: Private custodian invitations for iPhone and Android, collected from the custodian’s Windows or Mac computer, or on the phone with the MARA Android app.
- In-person collection (Collect Now): The same workflow for phones already with the examiner.
- Targeted Pro (patent pending): The examiner sets the categories (messages, calls, contacts), the chat apps, and the date range, and the custodian selects the relevant conversations in MARA. The custodian cannot widen the scope.
- Customer-owned storage: Enterprise clients can deliver to their own Amazon S3 or Azure Blob Storage, in the region of their choice, with built-in connection and integrity testing.
- Verified chain of custody: Server-side full-file SHA-256 verification before completion, version-pinned downloads, and a Collection and Delivery Report for each collection.
- MARA Review: A local Windows and Mac review application for collected messages, calls, and contacts, with reports and exports.
